Cibulan tourist attraction is one of the oldest tourist attraction in Kuningan. This tourist attraction was inaugurated on August 27, 1939 by Regent Brass at the time, the RAA Mohamand Achmad.  
Fish ponds filled with freshwater swimming legend is Cibulan. The legend says that if we could touch the fish which is located within the pool, blessings will always be with us. Can not believe it should. Here, in addition to swimming with the fish gods, we also can see seven wells petilasan Prabu Siliwangi.  
According to the story that develops among the village community and society Maniskidul Brass in general, fish in the pond there is a god who is supposedly Cibulan former soldiers who are disobedient or unfaithful during the reign of King Siliwangi. Long story short, dissident soldiers were then condemned by the King Siliwangi so into fish. It is said that the fish gods of the first to present this amount is reduced or increased. If the pond drained, the fish will be lost for some where, but when the pond filled with water, they will come back to its original amount. Regardless of whether or not the legend that until now no one dares to take these fish because there is a belief that anyone who dared to disturb the fish will get kemalanga

This tourist attraction in the big pool there are two rectangular-shaped. The first pool size 35x15 square meters with a depth of about 2 meters. Meanwhile, a second pool size 45x15 square meters is divided into two parts. The first part berkedalaman 60 centimeters and 120 centimeters berkedalaman the second part. Both the pond is always drained once in two weeks, or more. This depends on the cleanliness of water. Each pond is inhabited by dozens of fish that is gray-black and is called the god of kancra Bodas or fish (Cyprinus carpico). Various sizes ranging from a length of 20 centimeters to one meter. Fish is a kind of god sacred fish by residents around the Village area is believed to have Sweet Kidul because certain privileges.
