In the field of investment (financial) can not escape the impact of change itself. We who are on earth this country is actually many different investments that we can do. The world now seems to have no longer fit with the world only works on someone else. We must dare to change the mindset. Scary indeed ........ Frankly I am currently still working in one property company in Jakarta. This year I'm starting to invest in sengon. Currently I have set up about 1 hectare of land, and plans in this land will be used for breeding, because in April it is less suited for growing sengon. I plan to prepare about 50 thousand tree seedlings. And the nursery is approximately 3 to 6 months. Actually, this idea was born from sharing a few friends who had the same idea to invest. And now there already are entrusted to me to manage this land approximately 10 hectares (out of 2 people plus my friend .... he ... he ....).

The strategy I do is I rent land in the vicinity of west Java (which is not too far away to Jakarta) 1 hectare is about 1 million / year  and the average age of sengon until harvest is approximately 5 to 6 years. And the seed price is between Rp. 1000, s / d 2,000 per tree.

Regarding our maintenance sharing by cultivators of land with a comparison of 10 tree 1 tree cultivators. And the only issue for the fertilizer cost ........ Quite simple right

Now if we see the results in six years. 2500 trees x 300,000 could reach Rp. 750 million. Wowwww extraordinary
But do not forget every investment there is always a risk .......... We want to stay focus on risk or the outcome ...... the choice is yours....
